Climate Change Debate
Public debate discussing controversial climate change issues: Monday 25th February, 6 pm - Curtis Auditorium, Herschel Building (FREE - Refreshments included)
Panel Questions:
1) Is the Climate Change Bill enough to combat the effects of man-made climate change?
2) In the UK, each of us produces an average of seven times our own weight in waste each year, cumulatively filling a space the siwe of the Royal Albert Hall every hour (The Environment Agency).
Do you (the panel members) pratice the 3 Rs - Reduce, Reuse and Recycle - and do you believe fiscal incentives are the only way to reduce waste consumption?
3) Is China's emerging economy justifiably condemned by the global environment movement?
