We help maintain the University's fair-trade status and improve the energy and sustainability policies in the Union and University.

We sit on Union council, Executive committee and Energy & Sustainability Committee (ESC). We also founded the E&E sub-committee, which enables more students to get involved and have a say in the campaigns we head; and the E&E forum, which brings alike societies together to enable collaborative action for joint campaigns.

This tri-annual mega end of term blow-out is one of the North East's biggest dance nights, featuring six (yes, six!) ;rooms full of top class music for you to blow out the end of your term in style! All proceeds go to the South African Scholarship Fund.
